Jessica Adams: Seaweed processing on scale

Dr Jessica Adams is a senior research scientist at IBERS, part of Aberystwyth University, and specialises in seaweed processing. In today's talk she will go through some of the issues she discovered when working with processing seaweed at scale some years ago, and lessons since learned including future directions and potential.
