Sam Everton is a multi-award-winning Welsh chef. Alongside lecturing in Professional Cookery at Coleg Ceredigion, Sam has trained in some of the UK's finest kitchens, including The Ritz London, Gidleigh Park, and the House of Commons. Passionate about celebrating Welsh produce, sustainability, and local ingredients, Sam enjoys showcasing the incredible quality of food found along the Welsh coastline.
